Peppermint has proven herself as one of the most versatile and successful miniature horses of her generation, excelling across both American Miniature and open showing circuits. She holds an exceptional record — the only miniature to date to win the Non-Native Coloured In-Hand class at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, a remarkable achievement that showcased the breed’s quality and presence among much larger competitors.

In 2025 she continued her winning form, taking multiple Grand titles at AMHA-affiliated shows across the UK and Europe. Her 2025 season further cemented her reputation, earning Reserve Champion in the prestigious “King of the Ring” at the CHAPS Championships, alongside consistent top placings throughout the year.
