A Supreme Start to the 2026 Show Season

UKAMHS AMHA Open Spring Show

Minstrels Miniature Horses opened the 2026 show season in exceptional form at the UKAMHS AMHA Open Spring Show, with a remarkable collection of Grand Championships, Supreme honours and our first Horse of the Year Show qualification of the season.

It was an outstanding day for the Minstrels show team, taking every Grand Champion title we contested and demonstrating the strength and depth of our horses across the junior, senior, mare and stallion divisions.

JS Rebel Rebel — AMHA Supreme of Show

At the very top of the results was JS Rebel Rebel, who claimed Senior Stallion Grand Champion before going on to take the ultimate honour of AMHA Supreme of Show.

Already a proven Supreme Champion, Rebel once again demonstrated the balance, presence and unmistakable show-ring charisma that have made him such an important part of the Minstrels breeding and show programme.

JSW Showkayces Peppermint Blaze — Reserve Supreme & HOYS Qualified

JSW Showkayces Peppermint Blaze produced another exceptional performance.

Peppermint was named Senior Mare Grand Champion before progressing to take AMHA Reserve Supreme of Show.

She then added an especially important achievement to her record by winning the Horse of the Year Show qualifier, securing her place at HOYS 2026.

It was our first HOYS ticket of the 2026 season and another significant result for a mare who continues to prove herself at the highest level.

Minstrels Incendio’s Showman — Junior Stallion Grand Champion

Our homebred youngstock also made their mark, with Minstrels Incendio’s Showman taking Junior Stallion Grand Champion.

A son of Alliance Boleros Incendio, Showman continues to develop into an exciting young stallion and his Grand Championship was a fantastic start to his 2026 campaign.

Scott Creek Bravos Lovely — Junior Mare Grand Champion

Scott Creek Bravos Lovely secured the Junior Mare Grand Championship, adding another major title to an extraordinary day for the Minstrels team.

Minstrels Rebels Hells Angel — Junior Mare Reserve Grand Champion

Our homebred Minstrels Rebels Hells Angel continued her successful show career by taking Junior Mare Reserve Grand Champion.

Following her outstanding results as a yearling, Pearl continues to demonstrate the quality and consistency we hoped for from the Rebel Rebel breeding programme.

PT UK Little Miss O2 — Senior Mare Reserve Grand Champion

Completing an exceptional Senior Mare division for Minstrels was PT UK Little Miss O2, who took Senior Mare Reserve Grand Champion, behind stablemate Peppermint.

O2 continues to be one of the most consistent senior mares in our show team and once again delivered another major championship result.
